<p>Creditors of the failed Celsius Network are exploring the possibility of liquidating Ionic Digital Inc., a Bitcoin mining company they co-own, after the firm's struggle to complete its plans to go public. <p>Despite being cash flow positive with $200 million in assets, the company has seen delays in its Nasdaq listing, exacerbated by the resignation of its auditor and CEO. The firm plans to go public in 2025, but internal disagreements may threaten its future.</p>
