<p>In these schemes, developers abandon cryptocurrency projects and abscond with investors’ funds after artificially inflating the token’s value. Shytoshi Kusama responded to the controversial interview conducted by NFT Nate by stating on X,</p>

<p>Phantom explained how he and others use sophisticated tools to execute these scams, sometimes earning up to $200,000 per week. The rising threat of such scams has led Kusama and the Shiba Inu development team to focus on integrating advanced security measures into their ecosystem.</p> 
<p>These measures include a blockchain-based identity system called Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI) and the Shiba Inu Name Service (SNS), both aimed at enhancing user security and mitigating risks posed by malicious actors.</p>
