<p>Alpha Lions Academy CEO Edo Farina shared his thoughts about the possible benefits of investors with 20,000 XRP units. In a video on X, Farina talked about how the utility of&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2024/08/17/financial-advisor-predicts-xrp-price-at-125-heres-how/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">XRP</a>&nbsp;and institutional acceptance contribute to its price action.</p>
<p>He said that those who rely on technical analysis to price XRP are missing out on the full potential of the crypto.</p>
<p>In Farina’s opinion, the actual worth of XRP is not in the speculative possibilities but in the practical application. He pointed out that more institutional investors’ acceptance of the cryptocurrency may take it to the next level.</p>

<p>Holding 20,000 XRP can be profitable for investors if XRP rises to new highs above its previous record of $3.84. According to a recent estimate from Farina, if XRP were to be valued at $5 in the future, investors holding such tokens could have a net worth of $100,000.</p>
<p>Today, 20,000 XRP can be bought for around $11,980, making it more appealing to the average investor. In his view, the focus should be shifted away from current price levels to XRP’s potential, particularly in real-world financial operations.</p>

<p>Farina highlighted that one of XRP’s primary uses is as a bridge currency for cross-border transactions. This is significant for financial companies. With a settlement time of three seconds and fewer nostro and vostro accounts required, XRP is a beneficial tool for facilitating financial transactions worldwide.</p>
<p>However, the fast transaction processing also implies that institutions may only have to own XRP for a short period, which could limit the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2024/08/25/xrp-price-setup-for-largest-bull-flag-in-history-16-coming/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">XRP’s long-term value growth</a>. Nevertheless, reduced circulation may bring higher prices due to increased demand. This is primarily because financial institutions are still searching for effective means of transaction.</p>

<p>Despite XRP’s inability to break from its current price range, Farina still expects the asset to make new record highs. He said the increasing usage by financial institutions and central banks and Ripple’s plans to replace traditional accounts. The same can greatly enhance the demand for XRP. For instance, if XRP were to process even a small percentage of the current transactions that SWIFT handles, its value would easily exceed $5.</p>

At the time of writing, XRP traded at $0.6013, indicating increased market activity and interest among investors.</p>
