<p>In an innovative leap, Sony Block Solutions Labs, in partnership with Startale Labs of Singapore, is set to introduce a new Ethereum layer-2 blockchain network named Soneium. This initiative marks a significant milestone as Sony continues expanding its digital finance and blockchain technology footprint.</p>

<p>Following a notable 10% profit increase supported by its gaming and music divisions, Sony is set to launch&nbsp; Soneium project as noted by CryptoRand. The project aims to boost the utility of blockchain applications in entertainment, finance, and gaming. Sony Block Solutions Labs is currently focused on deploying the testnet for Soneium, with a mainnet launch date still to be announced.&nbsp;</p>
