<p>The curriculum, named “Certification in Public Administration 1”, <a href="https://coinjournal.net/news/el-salvador-launches-civil-servants-bitcoin-certification-collaborates-with-argentina/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">offers</a> 160 hours of intensive training. Divided into seven modules, it covers a wide range of topics, from the legal framework of Bitcoin to its impact on public policies.</p>
<p>The Higher School of Innovation in Public Administration (ESIAP), created by President <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/el-salvador-nayib-bukele-lance-un-projet-ambitieux-de-banque-pro-bitcoin/*" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Nayib Bukele</a>, is responsible for delivering this extensive training.</p>
<p>Stacy Herbert, director of the ONBTC, highlights the strategic importance of this initiative: “<em>These educational projects are short-term commitments for the long-term success of El Salvador and its Bitcoin policy</em>“.</p>

<h2 id="h-l-argentine-s-inspire-du-modele-salvadorien">Argentina draws inspiration from the Salvadoran model</h2>
<p>The <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/en/bitcoin-el-salvadors-reserves-will-soon-exceed-those-of-germany/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">success of El Salvador in integrating Bitcoin</a> has generated significant interest beyond its borders, particularly in Argentina. <p>In May 2024, Argentina’s National Securities Commission (CNV) began discussions with its Salvadoran counterpart, the National Commission for Digital Assets (CNAD). The objective is to explore possibilities for collaboration in crypto regulation and adoption.</p>
<p>Roberto Silva, President of the Argentine CNV, emphasized the importance of this cooperation during a bilateral meeting. He mentioned the possibility of collaboration agreements to benefit from Salvadoran expertise in Bitcoin adoption. This move thus reflects the growing interest in the potential role of cryptos in stabilizing economies facing hyperinflation.</p>
