According to an announcement made by Binance moments ago, BRETT, the highest-volume meme coin on the Base network, will be listed in futures trading.

UPbit‘s listing news caused BRETT to rise, and Binance’s futures listing news also led to an upward movement. As of the time of writing, BRETT is trading at $0.1, a 30.38% increase. 
After the rise, the market cap approached $1 billion, remaining around $989 million, while the 24-hour trading volume surged 126% to $53 million amid the intense announcement traffic.
