However, it remains uncertain whether these reserves will be sold or evaluated with a different strategy.</p> 
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="norway-s-bitcoin-move">Norway’s Bitcoin Move</h2> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Norway is another country taking serious steps regarding Bitcoin. The Central Bank of Norway owns over 1.1 million shares of MicroStrategy, considered a Bitcoin ETF.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Additionally, Norway’s sovereign wealth fund has increased its Bitcoin <a href="https://finance.coin-turk.com/" data-wpel-link="exclude">investments</a>, now holding 2,446 BTC. These moves by Norway indicate the growing importance and acceptance of Bitcoin within the financial ecosystem.</p> 
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="russia-s-cryptocurrency-strategy">Russia’s Cryptocurrency Strategy</h2> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a new law regulating <a href="https://en.coin-turk.com/phoenix-group-bolsters-position-in-bitcoin-mining-ahead-of-halving-event/" data-wpel-link="internal">cryptocurrency mining</a>, aiming for the country to play a more active role in the crypto asset economy.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Putin emphasizes the importance of creating a legal framework for cryptocurrencies, developing infrastructure, and improving the conditions for the circulation of crypto assets.</p> 
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="el-salvador-and-the-vision-of-bitcoin-city">El Salvador and the Vision of “Bitcoin City”</h2> 
<p style="text-align: justify">El Salvador, which has accepted Bitcoin as an official currency, is drawing attention with its visionary project called “<strong>Bitcoin</strong> City.” The announcement by Turkey-based Yilport Holding to invest $1.62 billion in two of El Salvador’s ports marks the largest private investment in this project.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">The country currently holds 5,840 BTC and continues to add one BTC every day, demonstrating the determination behind this vision.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Lastly, wealthy countries in the Middle East are also making significant investments in Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. These countries are expected to disclose their Bitcoin holdings by the end of the year, showing their optimism in this regard.</p>
