<p>Ripple’s recent partial victory against the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has fueled speculation about a potential appeal from the regulators. Stuart Alderoty, Chief Legal Officer of Ripple, stated in an interview that he would not be surprised if the SEC decided to appeal.</p>
