The cryptocurrency market has recently taken a hit, with many coins, including Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB), suffering double-digit losses. As these OG meme coins struggle, MoonTaurus (MNTR) emerges with an impressive projected surge of 1600% in 2024.
This development follows a broader correction in the altcoin market, beginning in July 22nd, and continuing to affect major meme coins. MoonTaurus, currently priced at $0.005 in its initial presale phase, has already raised over $230,000, positioning itself as a key player in the crypto market.

Dogecoin, a pioneer in the meme coin market, has recently seen a downturn. The cryptocurrency experienced a 0.25% price drop in the last hour, a 14.13% decline over the past 24 hours, and a 27.34% decrease over the past seven days. With a market cap of $15.7 billion and a 24-hour trading volume of $957 million, DOGE remains popular but faces declining interest and trading volumes.
Trading volumes for Dogecoin have dropped significantly since early March. Data shows an 86% decline in transaction flows from a peak of approximately $998.55 million in March to $138.25 million in July. This trend indicates waning trader confidence and interest, contributing to the downward pressure on DOGE’s price.
On the other hand, Shiba Inu, another prominent meme coin, is also struggling. Over the last 24 hours, and a 15.53% decrease over the past seven days. With a current price of $0.000015, a market cap of $9.3 billion, and a 24-hour trading volume of $295 million, Shiba Inu is experiencing similar challenges to Dogecoin.
The decline in trading volumes and market cap for SHIB underscores the broader issues affecting meme coins. Historical data from CoinMarketCap reveals a significant drop in trading volumes between July 22 and August 2, highlighting the reduced interest and investor confidence in Shiba Inu and similar tokens.

Amid the struggles of DOGE and SHIB, MoonTaurus (MNTR) is capturing significant attention from investors. Currently in its presale phase and priced at $0.005, MoonTaurus has already raised over $230,000. With 80% of Phase 1 sold out, the demand for MNTR is rapidly increasing, creating a sense of urgency among investors. At the end of the 10 presale phases, MNTR will launch with a price of $0.07.
MoonTaurus’ appeal lies in its projected surge of 1600% in 2024. This potential return on investment makes it a highly attractive option for early investors. More optimistic analysts predict up to 100x returns for early investors as the 2024-25 bull run gains momentum.

The MoonTaurus presale has also piqued the interest of the crypto market, as investors from Shiba Inu and other successful meme coins have joined. This is an indication of strong confidence in its potential. The trend not only adds credibility to MoonTaurus but also highlights the growing interest and anticipation surrounding the token.
Further, MoonTaurus is set to be listed on both decentralized and centralized exchanges, enhancing its liquidity and market accessibility. These listings are expected to drive up the token’s value and ensure its long-term success, making it a worthwhile asset to hold.
As Dogecoin and Shiba Inu struggle with declining interest and trading volumes, MoonTaurus is emerging as a promising investment opportunity. With its initial presale success, positive price predictions, and upcoming exchange listings, MoonTaurus is poised for significant growth. Investors are rapidly buying into the project, with availability diminishing daily. The next phase of the presale, which will see a 100% price increase, is approaching, further intensifying the demand for MNTR.
For investors looking for substantial returns in the crypto market, MoonTaurus presents a compelling opportunity. Its fixed supply, strong community engagement, and ambitious market cap target position it as the next big meme coin of 2024.
