The anticipation was finally met when a federal judge ordered Ripple to pay <a href="https://coinpedia.org/news/ripples-court-win-how-recent-ruling-shields-xrp-institutional-sales-amid-125-mln-fine/">$125 million in fines</a> and mandated new regulations to prevent future legal issues. Notably, the court clarified that XRP, Ripple’s digital currency, is not classified as a security.</p> 
<p>This ruling opens the door for the potential approval of a spot XRP ETF, which could be great news for investors. What are the chances? </p>
