Pal highlighted the market phases, referring to the current “boring zone” as nearly complete and anticipating the transition to the “banana zone,” where significant market activity is expected. He predicted a 10x increase in the altcoins market cap, excluding Ethereum, mirroring patterns from the 2016-2017 crypto bull market.</p>

<p>Savvy Finance has highlighted that a big altcoin season, known for significant price increases and market enthusiasm, is just around the corner. Crypto analysts known as Moustache recently <a href="https://x.com/el_crypto_prof/status/1807356810224877664">revealed </a>that the 3W Gaussian-Channel changed from red to green, indicating that a strong altcoin season is coming soon. </p> 
<p>This is the period max altcoins will gain as this is the powerful transition happening after 2020. Pal predicts that Ethereum and particularly Solana will perform better than Bitcoin, with Solana potentially seeing the most substantial gains in the upcoming market cycle.</p> 
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-pal-s-banana-zone"><strong>Pal’s “Banana” Zone</strong></h2> 
<p>According to Raoul Pal, we are at the cusp of the “banana zone”, a promising phase for altcoins, with Solana likely to lead the way. He emphasizes that while these opportunities take time to develop, they can offer huge rewards. With elections happening this year, things will change towards Q4 when the market will turn bullish.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>Moreover, he noted that the “bigger game” is the altseason or “Banana Zone,” referring to altcoins’ huge rises and parabolic price charts. Bitcoin still dominates with a 52% market share. For the altseason to begin, this must drop to the mid-40% level, as it did last cycle.</p> 
<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-ethereum-vs-solana-who-will-lead"><strong>Ethereum vs. Solana: Who Will Lead?</strong></h2> 
<p>Pal predicts that Ethereum will outperform Bitcoin and Solana will outperform both. He highlighted Solana’s strong chart patterns and low volatility as indicators of potential high gains. Pal’s estimates suggest that Solana will be the upcoming cycle’s top performer. While showing his Solana craze, he also said he has not given up on Bitcoin and is ready to buy the dip for Q4 gains.&nbsp;</p> 
<p>The possibility of securing the approval of Ethereum and Solana ETFs could drive increased demand for these altcoins. Investment managers like VanEck and 21Shares have filed applications for such ETFs, which, if approved, could attract new capital into the market.</p>

<p>According to Pal, the best way to understand how markets work is to get through the Banana Zone and beyond. With disciplined portfolio management techniques, he tells investors to be patient, take a long-term view, and be careful with their money. </p> 
<p>Pal warns investors against rash judgments based on hype. He recommends avoiding leverage, investing mostly in the top three to five market cap tokens, and allocating 10% to higher-risk altcoins.</p>
