According to the latest reports coming from Bloomberg’s analyst Eric Balchunas, Ethereum ETFs could see a launch in the US around July 2. This prediction has been reiterated by the analyst following the latest VanEck move. 
Balchunas said in a recent post on his X account, that VanEck has submitted its 8-A form with the SEC for an Ethereum ETF. 
He reminded followers that VanEck filed its 8-A for the spot Bitcoin ETF exactly 7 days before the launch of the crypto products in the US. 
Balchunas sees this as a good sign for his initial prediciton that ETH ETFs could be launched in the US around July 2 which is seven days from now. 
However, he also said that anything is possible, and soon, we will know more. 
He also shared the <a href="https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1860788/000093041324001929/0000930413-24-001929-index.htm" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">filing</a> that VanEck submitted with the SEC.

<h2 id="all-spot-ethereum-etf-s-1-amendments-are-in">All spot Ethereum ETF S-1 amendments are in</h2> 
On June 22, VanEck<a href="https://crypto.ro/en/news/blackrock-and-vanecks-amendments-to-s-1-forms-for-ethereum-etfs-are-in/"> submitted</a> its 4th amendment to the S-1 form necessary for the approval of an Ethereum ETF. Back then, Balchunas noted that the fee would be 0.20% which is close to Franklin Templeton’s fee of 0.19%. 
<a href="https://x.com/EricBalchunas/status/1804255060546760761" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">BlackRock</a>‘s second amendment to the S-1 form for an Ethereum ETF was also revealed by Balchunas, and there is no fee posted. However, the firm did report a seed of $10 million. 
Balchunas said that the ball is in the US SEC’s court. 
On June 22, Bloomberg’s James Seyffart was also noting that all the spot Ethereum ETF S-1 amendments were in. 
The firms include Bitwise, Fidelity, 21Shares, Grayscale, Franklin, VanEck, iShares, &amp; Invesco. He wrote that the known fees so far are Franklin (0.19%) and VanEck (0.20%). 
He also said now, all people have to do is wait for the SEC’s decision. 
Regarding <a href="https://crypto.ro/en/cryptocurrencies/ethereum/">ETH</a>‘s price today, at the moment of writing this article, the coin is trading above $3,360 in a very volatile market.&nbsp;The coin is up by over 1% today.
