The lawsuit was filed by BSV Claims Ltd against six companies: Bittylicious Limited, Payward Limited, ShapeShift Global Limited, Payward, Inc, ShapeShift AG, and Binance Europe Services Limited. BSV Claims Ltd is seeking $9 billion in damages, claiming that the 2019 delisting of BSV caused <a href="https://finance.coin-turk.com/" data-wpel-link="exclude">investors</a> to miss significant growth opportunities.</p>
