Nonetheless, the worldwide cryptocurrency analysis company Chainalysis has <a href="https://x.com/chainalysis/status/1796571757341765916" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">ranked</a> it among the most major crypto breaches that have occurred so far. In a social media post, Chainalysis revealed that $305 million worth of Bitcoin had been compromised, making it the seventh-largest cryptocurrency hack in history and the biggest breach since December 2022.</p>
<p>The value of the leak, according to <a href="https://bitcoin.dmm.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">DMM Bitcoin</a>, was roughly ¥48.2 billion, or 4,502.9 Bitcoins.
