<p style="text-align: justify">Apollo’s co-founder Thomas Fahrer highlighted this trend on his personal X account, noting that the low exchange reserve has come just in time for a second wave of ETF inflows, potentially leading to a parabolic price increase due to a demand shock and inelastic supply dynamics.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Exchange reserve represents the cumulative result of exchange inflows and outflows, crucial for understanding market dynamics. The decreasing trend in reserves indicates reduced selling pressure as less BTC is available for sale. Conversely, an increasing trend shows more BTC entering the market, indicating higher selling pressure. The current low reserve level suggests market participants expect higher <a href="https://newslinker.co" target="_blank" rel="noopener" data-wpel-link="exclude">future</a> prices and are thus reluctant to sell now.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Fahrer also mentioned significant institutional investment trends, highlighting Horizon Kinetic Asset Management’s substantial investment in Bitcoin. The company has invested $913 million in Bitcoin through IBIT and GBTC, representing 14% of its $6.5 billion assets under management (AUM). This investment is a significant indicator of strong institutional confidence in Bitcoin’s future.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">The upcoming second wave of Bitcoin ETFs is expected to bring in $1 billion in net inflows this week.
