<p>Since its launch, GOQii has secured nearly $40 million in funding. It boasts millions of users in India and has successfully integrated its platform with the healthcare insurance system in the UK. The platform empowers users, often referred to as “players” or “Khiladi” (athletes) inspired by GOQii’s brand ambassador, Akshay Kumar, to improve their health and potentially reduce insurance premiums through a gamified approach and a personalized health score system.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="strong-web3-integration-revolutionizing-healthcare-with-uht-strong"><strong>Web3 Integration: Revolutionizing Healthcare with UHT</strong></h3>
<p>Recognizing limitations in traditional healthcare systems, GOQii is pioneering the use of <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2024/01/28/jibrial-muhammad-the-true-torch-bearer-of-web3-technology/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Web3 technology </a>with the Universal Health Token (UHT).&nbsp; This integration aims to further incentivize healthy lifestyles by rewarding users with UHT for engaging in healthy activities on the GOQii platform. Unlike GOQiiCash, the previous closed-loop reward system, UHT offers greater transparency and interoperability. Users can exchange these tokens for various products and services within the GOQii ecosystem, including insurance premiums and healthcare expenses.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="strong-prioritizing-user-privacy-and-security-strong"><strong>Prioritizing User Privacy and Security</strong></h3>
<p>Gondal emphasized that GOQii prioritizes user privacy and security. User consent is required for any data integration with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, hospitals, and insurance systems. Only anonymized data is shared with relevant parties and used to determine a user’s “GOQii age” for health status within the platform, which can be linked to insurance underwriting models.</p>

<p>Gondal concluded the interview by encouraging everyone to download the GOQii app and take charge of their health. By using this innovative gamified platform, users can improve their well-being, potentially earn rewards with UHT, and join a community focused on preventative healthcare.</p>
