HashKey Capital, a prominent player based in Hong Kong in virtual asset management, has <a href="https://twitter.com/HashKey_Capital/status/1789836143703261352" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">secured</a> a Type 4 license from the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). This license, identified as BOP237, distinguishes HashKey Capital as a pioneering licensed corporation capable of offering both securities and virtual asset management and advisory services to retail investors.
The Type 4 license grants HashKey Capital the authority to offer securities and virtual asset advisory services, with conditions such as conducting due diligence and assessing investors’ knowledge. This achievement follows the firm’s recent upgrade to a Type 9 license, earlier this year, enabling it to manage virtual asset investment products for retail investors.

This strategic move follows the expansion of its investment-related offerings, including the launch of Bosera HashKey Bitcoin and Ether Spot ETFs.
