The Solana Crossroads Conference 2024 was scheduled to be held on May 10 and 11 in Istanbul, Turkey, at the Hilton Bosphorus Conference Center. It is to experience views of the Bosphorus with first-class service and take in <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2024/05/12/a-guide-to-using-the-zigzag-indicator-for-crypto-trading/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Istanbul’s</a> thousands of years of history, bustling markets, and entrepreneurial spirit.
The purpose of the event was to conduct educational sessions, networking, and celebrations around cryptocurrencies.
The community conference had approximately 3000 attendees and more than 50 renowned speakers. The events were planned across a full-day schedule for two days, with a series of sessions focused on <a href="https://www.thecoinrepublic.com/2024/05/10/solana-can-it-be-the-true-ethereum-killer-surpassing-eth/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Solana</a> and cryptocurrency-related topics. The event organizers recommended attendees stay within walking distance of the venue to avoid missing any speakers.
Two types of tickets are available for the attendees: basic and VIP. Moreover, coffee, tea and water will be provided to basic ticket holders, and a special lunch will be provided to VIP ticket holders.&nbsp;
VIP ticket holders will get access to the VIP Welcome Party and VIP Grand Party. The welcome party will be held at the conference, which will end with a grand party of drinks and appetizers, which will not provide a full-fledged dinner to the attendees. The party will provide a chance to hang out with the community and builders of Solana in Turkish style on a Super Yacht.
They have the second-largest party boat in Istanbul, so attendees will experience something new. The payments for the tickets were accepted in Fiat or SOL. Once registered, no refunds were possible.

The conference will start with a registration session, followed by welcome speeches and presentations by industry experts, including George Harrap from Step Finance, Alevtina Yakovenko from the Solana Foundation, and others.
Sessions covered topics such as Solana community building, the future of trading on Solana, spotting hot token launches, connecting Solana with the crypto world, inviting crypto builders globally, and onboarding potential crypto users.
There were also discussions on artificial intelligence, crypto payments, Web3 gaming, staking, the multichain future, real-world assets on Solana, and others.
Overall, the conference program was supposed to cover various topics related to Solana, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology, with presentations and discussions by industry leaders and experts.
