As cryptocurrency prices recover, three coins in the top 100 boasted price increases of 15% or more. 
According to <a href="https://coinmarketcap.com/gainers-losers/" target="_blank" rel="">CoinMarketCap</a>, the total crypto market cap increased by around 2.4%. At a current valuation of $2.33 trillion, over $55.9 billion flowed in native blockchain assets in the past 24 hours.&nbsp; 
Bitcoin (<a href="https://crypto.news/price/bitcoin/" target="_blank" rel="">BTC</a>) gained nearly 3%, one of the largest increases in the top 10 virtual currencies after Solana’s (<a href="https://crypto.news/price/solana/" target="_blank" rel="">SOL</a>) 7% ascent. Both tokens were outshined by Toncoin (<a href="https://crypto.news/price/toncoin/" target="_blank" rel="">TON</a>), the crypto issued by the Telegram-endorsed chain, The Open Network.&nbsp; 
TON’s uptrend resulted in a 17% price increase, taking the token beyond $7 at press time. Additionally, Toncoin again surpassed the popular memecoin Dogecoin (<a href="https://crypto.news/price/dogecoin/" target="_blank" rel="">DOGE</a>) by market cap and reclaimed the eighth position among the biggest cryptocurrencies.&nbsp;

The Telegram-affiliated token was also gaining on Ripple’s <a href="https://crypto.news/price/xrp/" target="_blank" rel="">XRP</a>. While XRP’s market valuation was greater by nearly 20%, TON has picked up steam in the past week and risen 27%. XRP has lost over 2% in seven days. 
Decentralized storage token Arweave (<a href="https://crypto.news/price/arweave/" target="_blank" rel="">AR</a>) also benefited from the market whipsaw, closing the gap between competitors like Filecoin (<a href="https://crypto.news/price/filecoin/" target="_blank" rel="">FIL</a>) and Internet Computer (<a href="https://crypto.news/price/internet-computer/" target="_blank" rel="">ICP</a>). AR grew over 16% daily to trade for more than $44 per coin.&nbsp; 
The day’s largest gainer was <a href="https://crypto.news/akash-network-akt-surges-48-following-upbit-listing/" target="_blank" rel="">Akash Network</a> (AKT), a decentralized cloud platform that enables users to rent and sell computing resources, with a 27% price jump.&nbsp;
