<p>Cardano, a prominent blockchain platform, <a href="https://cardanofoundation.org/blog/cardano-foundation-names-giorgio-zinetti-as-chief-technology-officer" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">announced</a> the appointment of Giorgio Zinetti as its new Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Zinetti is set to lead Cardano’s product pipeline expansion and guide its technical strategy in the evolving blockchain industry. His efforts will focus on driving innovation through open-source technology and positioning Cardano as a leader in enterprise blockchain solutions.</p>
<p>Zinetti’s expertise and experience were lauded by Frederik Gregaard, CEO of the Cardano Foundation, as fuel to scale Cardano projects and products. Among his roles, Zinetti had key positions at Procivis AG, a digital identity technology provider, and UBS, a global investment bank, where he gained in-depth knowledge of blockchain technology in multiple industrial sectors.</p>
