The Popcat price has been on an upward trend in May, registering a 39% price increase in the last seven days and recording an all-time high (ATH) of $0.7169 on May 4. However, despite the price being up, POPCAT has been trading within a falling wedge pattern, with the current price being 21% lower than the ATH.
POPCAT bulls found support around $0.52, allowing the bulls to push the price above the lower boundary of the wedge, as they aim to surpass the upper boundary, staging a possible breakout to the upside.
POPCAT trades below both the 50-day and 200-day Simple Moving Averages (SMAs), which coincides with the current downtrend.
However, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) trades upwards above the 50-midline level at 53 as it moves up, an indication that investors are in a buying frenzy. A sustained bullish stance could potentially push the RSI to the 70-overbought region, an indication of continued investor optimism.

The Popcat price analysis shows strong bullish momentum, with the POPCAT price set to soar over the falling wedge pattern as the bulls target $0.70, with the long-term goal set to surpass its ATH.
The RSI and the SMAs offer bullish prospects for optimistic investors, who could push the price even higher.
However, the 50-day SMA crosses below the 200-day SMA, forming a death cross around the $0.60 level. A death cross could suggest that the price may take on a bearish trend. In such a scenario, the bulls could retreat to the support level of around $0.5086, acting as a cushion against downward pressure.
As the Popcat price bulls aim to push the it to a new ATH, investors are also buying Solana meme coin SMOG, which is hinting at another top-tier exchange listing soon.
