<p>There have been rumors about the SEC rejecting spot Ethereum ETFs in May, but a recent development has added a twist. On February 12th, Franklin Templeton applied for its Spot ETH ETF.</p>

<p>JPMorgan analysts believe that the SEC’s lack of communication regarding the approval of a spot bitcoin ETF could potentially be resolved through legal challenges similar to Grayscale’s lawsuit.</p>
