<p class="is-style-lead">Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, StarkWare, and zkSync integrate the data availability layer from the Avail modular blockchain.</p>
<p>According to the announcement from the Avail team, the integration&nbsp;is designed&nbsp;to help developers build more scalable, cost-effective, and composable networks.</p>
<p>The new functionality will become available following&nbsp;Avail’s&nbsp;upcoming <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/mainnet/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">mainnet</a> launch, which is expected in the coming weeks.</p>

<p>Avail said it&nbsp;works&nbsp;closely with OP Labs to ensure integration with the Optimism ecosystem.</p>
<p>Orbit developers&nbsp;can&nbsp;leverage&nbsp;Avail’s&nbsp;data availability (DA) layer instead of relying on an external Data Availability Committee.</p>
<p>Avail DA will also integrate with the <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/Polygon/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Polygon</a> Chain Development Kit, and the StarkWare collaboration will&nbsp;integrate&nbsp;with the Madera rollup framework. Avail DA integrates with ZK Stack from <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/zkSync/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">zkSync</a>.</p>

<p>Avail&nbsp;is positioned&nbsp;as a data availability layer for <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/Optimism/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Optimism</a>, Validium, and other solutions running on top of it. The technology will allow DA to&nbsp;be hosted&nbsp;and validated off-chain, serving as a&nbsp;key&nbsp;component of the modular network design concept.</p>
<p>The solution&nbsp;is designed&nbsp;to reduce&nbsp;blockchain load&nbsp;by moving data and increasing scalability&nbsp;“across the board.”&nbsp;This approach ensures the security and correctness of transactions, ensuring the reliability of operations outside the&nbsp;main&nbsp;<a href="https://crypto.news/tag/Ethereum/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Ethereum</a> network.</p>
<p>On April 24, the project team launched Turing, an environment for testing scalability and other important aspects of the mainnet.</p>
