 The Slerf price is attempting a recovery, confronting resistance due to the upper boundary of the descending parallel channel. This level is significant as it coincides with the 23.6% Fibonacci retracement level of $0.4459.
 If the bulls can haul the Slerf price above this roadblock, it would draw more buyers by quelling the current skepticism in the market. The ensuing buyer momentum could project the Slerf price to overcome the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level of $0.5863. To confirm the continuation of the uptrend, however, the Slerf price must record a candlestick close above the 50% Fibonacci placeholder at $0.6999.
 In a highly bullish case, the gains could see the Slerf price extrapolate the gains to flip the most important Fibonacci retracement level of $0.8134. A candlestick close above this level on the daily timeframe would solidify the uptrend, sending the Slerf price to the $1.6000 range high.

 On the other hand, considering the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is in subdued below the 50 mean level, buying pressure is still not enough to drive the uptrend. This stance is enhanced by the position of the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), stuck in negative territory.
 As such, unless the broader market shows strength, the Slerf price risks a pullback to the bottom of the market range at $0.2189. A drop below this level would provide a lower low, invalidating the bullish thesis.
