The interruptions that the Solana network experiences several times a year have now become the norm. However, there is an unseen aspect to the recent problems. This is a war, and competitors are playing to take each other down. 
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="solana-sol">Solana (SOL)</h2> 
There is a hidden war among major players on the Solana network, and each is trying to “sink” their competitors, which is at the root of the problems. Analyst Duo Nine sheds light on this secret war and the unknowns. According to the analyst, the Solana community members were unaware of this major battle among the big crypto projects on Solana. 
The analyst states that the major players have launched DDoS attacks against each other to gain priority in processing their transactions on the Solana network. DDoS attacks were a method that occupied the world’s agenda years ago and were frequently used by Anonymous hackers.

Attackers used to send traffic to websites or servers of mobile applications as if millions or even hundreds of millions of people were accessing them at the same time, making the addresses of public institutions inaccessible during that period. 
<h2 style="text-align: justify" id="solana-wars">Solana Wars</h2> 
DDoS attacks are clogging the Solana network because the attacking side occupies all the space in the blocks. This situation can also be seen in the data of the validators. As a result, users of the attacked Solana protocol cannot complete their transactions. Delays in transaction execution lead to network problems. Indeed, recently, the rate of failed transactions reached up to 75%. 
Duo Nine also mentioned that more than 100 bot wallets could target Solana wallets with a spam attack. The analyst said;

 “A specific Solana wallet could be attacked with spam from +100 different bot wallets. You do DDoS every second with the smallest Solana unit… Since every block will be filled with incoming transactions, this wallet cannot send any transactions! It becomes effectively unusable.” 
</blockquote> 
Speed and cheap transactions are great, but this also allows aggressors to become more aggressive to increase their gains. Duo Nine says all this is killing the Solana network and if a solution is not found, the community could revolt against the war.
