 The Neo price has been on a consolidation channel since the beginning of March, with the bulls aiming to push the price over the resistance around $18.05. However, in April, the bulls seem to have won the struggle for dominance, pushing the price through a dramatic rise to $22.51.
 The bulls could not sustain the uptrend, as the price retraced back to the current support at $18.50. NEO bulls have used this support to push the price further above, with the price fluctuations occurring on the boundaries of a bullish pennant pattern.
 NEO is trading well above both the 50-day and 200-day Simple Moving Averages (SMAs), which is an indication that the Neo price has the potential for further price movements to the upside.
 Additionally, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) trades within the oversold region at 72, indicating intense buying pressure and continued investor optimism.

 The Neo bullish momentum seems to be strong, as the price trades within the upper boundary of the bullish pennant. Additionally, the bulls aim to use the movements of the RSI and the golden cross at $15.07 to push the price further, as they target $26.66.
 Conversely, the asset is overbought, which could indicate a looming sellout as a result of traders booking profits. In this case, NEO could retrace to the critical support zone at around $18.50. Any further movement below this point could negate the bullish outlook of the price.
