The new crypto, AltSignals (ASI), would thus have a fully diluted valuation of 7.5 billion dollars.</p>

<p>Their <a href="https://twitter.com/WuBlockchain/status/1772945133887181069" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">common goal</a> is to develop decentralized AI protocols based on blockchain, free from the control of centralized parties.</p>
<p>This revolutionary merger could be announced as soon as Wednesday, subject to the approval of their respective communities. The three crypto platforms will continue to operate independently, but will collaborate within a new collective of superintelligence led by Ben Goertzel, founder of SingularityNET.</p>
