<a href="https://news.todayq.com/bitcoin-price-hits-71k-again-whats-behind-this-rally/">Bitcoin hits $71K again, What’s behind this rally?</a>The global digital asset market broadly printed red indexes on Wednesday but SingularityNET (AGIX), Fetch.ai (FET), and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) tokens rallied into greens. OCEAN and AGIX prices surged by more than 36% and 12%, respectively, while Bitcoin (BTC) dropped by 2% in the last 24 hours. This mega surge comes in over the reports of a merger of these crypto tokens. SingularityNET to form an alliance 
According to reports, SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol are in the middle of a discussion to merge their crypto tokens. The proposed merger, if it happens, will come as a boost to the digital assets market, and that too amid ongoing bullish rallies. 
The report mentioned that the companies behind these tokens are looking to merge their tokens into a single ASI token. It will come with an estimated fully diluted value of approx $7.5 billion. However, the much anticipated merger announcement can come anytime as a decision would completely depend on approval from the communities behind these tokens. 
It added that the SingularityNET, Fetch.ai, and Ocean Protocol would go on to maintain their operations separately. Meanwhile, the collaboration would come under the name of&nbsp; “Superintelligence Collective”. It will be led by Ben Goertzel, who is the founder of SingularityNET. Price goes zoom 
This emerging development has helped the tokens to go green when the whole crypto market is red. Ocean Protocol turned out to be the biggest gainer of them all as its price jumped by around 33% in the last 24 hours. OCEAN is trading at an average price of $1.59, at the press time. Its 24 hour trading volume has jumped by over 312% to stand at $266 million. It is holding a market cap of around $900 million. 
Fetch.ai also recorded an uptick as its price jumped around 15% in the last 24 hours. The crypto saw a major surge of 90% in its 24 hour trading volume. It now stands at $913 million. However, the FET is holding a market cap of $2.7 billion. 
The token that is expected to join the alliance, SingularityNET price also saw a jump of 13% over the past day. It is trading at an average price of $1.38, at the press time. While its 24 hour trading volume is up by a massive 53% to stand at $368 million.
