<p>CCTP supports transfers over 56 different routes connecting several major blockchains, including Arbitrum, Avax, Base, Ethereum, Noble, Optimism, and Polygon PoS. This wide-ranging interoperability provides users with the flexibility to move their USDC holdings without being restricted to a single blockchain network.</p>
<p>Moreover, CCTP eliminates the need for liquidity locking in cross-chain transfers, presenting a more capital-efficient solution for moving USDC between different chains.</p>
<p>The integration of CCTP on Solana, known for its high throughput and low latency, enhances the platform’s capability to execute cross-chain transactions efficiently. This addition allows developers to incorporate cross-chain onboarding flows, enabling direct USDC deposits from supported networks.</p>
