<p>Authorities in Montenegro have announced plans to release <a href="https://coinedition.com/tag/terra-luna/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Terra (LUNA)</a> founder Do Kwon from prison soon. According to the announcement, Kwon would leave the prison but remain under house arrest. As a security measure, the Supreme Court in Podgorica ordered the confiscation of Kwon’s travel documents.</p>
