<p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Elliott Lee</strong> predicts that Cardano could trade between $0.45 and $1.55 by the end of 2024. This suggests an average level of $0.95, as mentioned in a blog post published by Lee on March 11th.</p> 
<p style="text-align: justify">Lee’s statement was as follows:</p>

 <p>Looking into Cardano’s 2024, we have the dawn of the Voltaire era, introducing a governance structure and treasury on the chain, leading to true decentralization. However, this doesn’t mean development will halt, with Partner Chains, the privacy-focused Mithril protocol, and the Hydra state channels scaling solution planned to be released on the mainnet in 2024.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify">In his January 2024 video, Armstrong mentioned that Cardano’s price could potentially rise from a low of $1.75 to as high as $18 by the end of 2024, and if he were to make a realistic comment, he expected it to reach $11.</p>
