A revised Form S-1 registration statement was filed with the U.S. <a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/u-s-court-rejects-motion-to-dismiss-sec-complaint-on-gemini-earn-program/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">SEC</a> by Reddit on March 15, 2024, the day after the platform received notification of the FTC probe. This statement disclosed the investigation.
