Charles Hoskinson, founder of Cardano, has said that the speculations suggesting that Cardano Hydra has been abandoned are baseless rumors.
According to the founder, there will be new papers for protocol enhancements in the next weeks, and the <a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/cardano-faces-tug-of-war-between-profit-and-loss-whats-next-for-ada/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Cardano</a> ecosystem is having a fantastic time with the community.

According to Hoskinson, there were videos that claimed the network’s scaling protocol, Cardano Hydra, had been abandoned. But he made it clear that it was all false positives and negative press since Cardano’s crew is now more “productive and motivated.”
Hoskinson has consistently stepped forward to defend Cardano Hydra whenever erroneous information has been spread regarding the protocol. Some misunderstandings over Cardano Hydra’s capabilities arose in October of last year. There were whispers that Hydra was unable to process transactions quickly enough after going live on the mainnet in May.

He went on to say that, since Hydra’s purpose has changed over time, the statistic doesn’t tell the whole story of Cardano’s potential.
