<p>The top crypto prices today registered a bearish turn as the Bitcoin (BTC) price slumped to the $68,000 level after attaining a peak at $70,000. In addition, the Ethereum price dropped below the $3,900 mark. Meanwhile, other top altcoins, such as Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA) dipped in value.</p>

<p>The Bitcoin price sustained above $68,000 despite the pullback The <a href="https://coingape.com/price/bitcoin/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bitcoin price</a> was down by 1.50%, reaching $68,508.25 at the time of writing on Monday, March 11. On the other hand, it’s trading volume surged by 43.47% to $36.63 billion in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile, the crypto boasted a market cap of $1.34 trillion.</p> 
<p>In the altcoin arena, the <a href="https://coingape.com/price/ethereum/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Ethereum price</a> dropped 2.54% to $3,854.68 at press time with a market valuation of $462.93 billion. Whilst, ETH saw its trading volume increase by 37.73%, reaching $17.60 billion. Meanwhile, the <a href="https://coingape.com/price/bnb/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Binance Coin (BNB) price</a> defied the bearish trend and surged by 5.61%, reaching $521.25. In addition, its 24-hour trade volume spiked by 127.41% to $5.71 billion.</p> 
<p>The <a href="https://coingape.com/price/solana/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Solana price</a> geared up to extend below the $140 level. The Solana price was down by 4.05%, settling at $141.35 On the contrary, SOL witnessed a 35.39% hike in trade volume to $3.95 billion in the last 24 hours. Whilst, the <a href="https://coingape.com/price/xrp/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">XRP price</a> dropped below $0.62 amid the pullback. The XRP price recorded a dip of 2.52%, reaching $0.61. However, XRP’s trading volume increased by 11.98% to $1.76 billion.</p> 
<p>Meanwhile, the <a href="https://coingape.com/price/cardano/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Cardano price</a> dropped 2.99% to $0.7142 today. Whilst, ADA recorded a 19.48% hike in its 24-hour trading volume, settling at $723.09 million. As the top crypto prices witnessed a hike, popular meme coins also followed. The <a href="https://coingape.com/price/dogecoin/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dogecoin price</a> slipped 5.84% to $0.1681 while its rival, <a href="https://coingape.com/price/shiba-inu/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Shiba Inu price</a> plummeted by 7.35% in value and traded at $0.00003242.</p>

<p>Pyth Network (PYTH), a trending crypto, recorded an impressive surge of 20% and ranked as one of the top crypto gainers. The PYTH price soared by 19.78% to $0.8291 at the time of reporting. Moreover, its trade volume skyrocketed by a whopping 317.39% to $513.31 million. Furthermore, the PYTH Network crypto recorded a new all-time high of $0.8934 amid the rally recently.</p>
