Ripple, the American payment giant renowned for leveraging <a href="https://coinedition.com/pundit-says-ripple-selling-xrp-and-repurchasing-it-is-not-manipulation/">XRP</a> for cross-border payment services, has made pivotal shifts in its leadership position. In a recent official <a href="https://x.com/Ripple/status/1766191166578368622" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">statement</a>, Ripple disclosed appointing two new persons to the firm’s executive team.&nbsp; 
In particular, Ripple has promoted Jon Bilich to the position of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Until his recent promotion, Bilich was Ripple’s Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis. Bilich held this position for three years and four months after being promoted from a senior director role, through which he joined the payment firm in 2016. 
In his new capacity as Ripple’s CFO, Bilich is responsible for ensuring the company remains aligned with its financial and business objectives globally.
