Amid this, the meme token PEPE has also regained its third position, surpassing Solana Bonk with its impressive performance. Today, on March 4, 2024, an on-chain analytics firm,Lookonchain, made a post on X (previously Twitter) stating that two crypto whales bought 840.86 billion PEPE tokens worth around $4.9 million just a few hours ago. These massive transactions suggest that investors and whales are continuously showing interest in the third-largest meme coin, alongside top meme coins like Shiba Inu and Dogecoin. 
Apart from these significant purchases, another crypto whale address, 0x379e, recently withdrew a massive 500 billion Pepe tokens worth around $2.96 million. However, all these substantial transactions in the bullish market are attracting more traditional investors into the cryptocurrency landscape.
Currently, PEPE is trading near $0.0000066, and in the last 24 hours, it has experienced over 62% upside momentum. If we examine PEPE’s performance, in the last 7 days, it has undergone a massive price surge of over 360%. Over the last 30 days, PEPE holders have experienced a significant 600% upside momentum. According to expert technical analysis, PEPE gained this substantial momentum just after the breakout of bullish inverted head and shoulder price action patterns. On February 26, 2024, PEPE broke out of the neckline, and since then, it has surged more than 265%. This significant upside momentum started just after the world’s biggest cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, took a break following massive upside momentum. It appears that after Bitcoin, traders and investors are now heading towards altcoins.
