As if monetizing GBTC shares wasn’t enough of a twist in the tale, Genesis threw another curveball with the filing of a further amended plan and memorandum in support of confirmation on February 15. The plot thickens with the entry of the Ad Hoc Group of Genesis Lenders, the Ad Hoc Group of Dollar Lenders, and the Unsecured Creditors Committee, all filing statements in support of plan confirmation. This epic saga is set to climax at the confirmation hearing slated to start on February 26, promising a week of legal drama and strategic maneuvering.
