Bitcoin (BTC) is moving as fast as it can to claim the $53,000 mark. However, Worldcoin (WLD) emerged as a top gainer to capture the <a href="https://news.todayq.com/spotlight/" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">crypto spotlight</a>. WLD recorded a massive 76% surge in the last 7 days. Bitcoin on the same matrics had managed to add another 9% gains to hover around $52,000 price levels. Worldcoin back in the trend? 
Worldcoin, known for its renowned for its innovative eye-scanning technology, the surge has triggered profits for a mysterious whale trader. This comes after WLD price jumped by more than 16% in the last 24 hours.
According to the data shared by Spot On Chain, a wallet identified as wallet 0x0007 made a strategic move. It withdrew 2.09 million WLD tokens (approx worth $5.82 million) from the crypto exchange Binance. This transfer is seen as a major acquisition for the whale which came just before the surge.
The surge catapulted the 120th largest crypto, WLD, by an additional 25%. The tokens, initially priced at $2.78 each, found their way to wallet 0x4a9. This contributed $2.15 million to the whale’s holdings. It now stands at a total of $8.03 million.
The tracker showed the narrative of wallet 0x4a9 unveiling a calculated strategy. This involves a withdrawal of 468,279 WLD from Binance at $1.66 each. After redepositing the tokens at an average price of $3 each, the whale wallet made a profit of $626,000. This is seen as a remarkable 80.3% surge but it missed an additional 25% gain.
Another trader wallet 0x8d7, deposited 318,279 WLD back to Binance at a price of $3.4 each (approx worth $1.08 million). This trader diversified its investments by making profits from Big Time (BIGTIME) and Uniswap (UNI).
In parallel, a crypto whale spent 8.58 million USDT to acquire 166 WBTC at $51,797. This added to a series of strategic moves involving Ethereum (ETH) and WBTC. However, it accumulated a profit of approximately $13.9 million. Why is this happening?
