Mocaverse, the <a href="https://www.animocabrands.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">Animoca Brands</a> membership network and metaverse project, <a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/kucard-the-crypto-visa-card-by-kucoin-brings-apple-pay-to-customers/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">KuCoin</a>, a cryptocurrency exchange, and Halo Wallet, a Web3 wallet, have partnered to improve user navigation across numerous sectors, such as crypto trading, social finance, gaming, and decentralized finance (<a href="https://thenewscrypto.com/sec-approves-new-regulations-targets-crypto-and-defi-oversight/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">DeFi</a>).
A collaboration statement was made on February 15th, stating that the digital identities of Mocaverse’s users, Moca ID, KuCoin’s user accounts, and Halo’s Genesis membership pass would be combined to “redefine on-chain identity and facilitate growth” in the Web3 domain.
<h3 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-streamlining-customer-experience">Streamlining Customer Experience</h3>
Moreover, according to a representative from KuCoin, the metaverse, digital collectibles, DeFi, and crypto trading all “operate somewhat independently” inside the Web3. Also, the representative added that the project will try to address this issue by connecting the identities of people using KuCoin, Mocaverse, and Halo Wallet across different platforms.
Furthermore,<a href="https://www.animocabrands.com/animoca-brands-yat-siu-appointed-to-hong-kong-task-force-on-promoting-web3-development" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow"> Yat Siu</a>, co-founder of Animoca Brands, said that the effort streamlines the customer experience by bringing all services under one roof. More cooperation and integration of partner parties’ offers are made possible, he said, by implementing an identity layer in various wallets.
He stated:

 “We are, in effect, sharing the network effects of all these services with each other, which will expand the ecosystem as it creates greater shared value across the space.”
</blockquote>
Siu went on to say that the community-owned and decentralized Moca ID would increase the value for Mocaverse, its partners, and users as a result of the integration’s anticipated amplified network effects. He further added that this kind of structure is expected to encourage development and innovation in community-owned networks, especially in the areas of SocialFi and DeFi, but also in GameFi, education, and finance.
KuCoin hopes that this partnership will serve as an example for other companies to follow in their pursuit of better cross-platform value for customers in various Web3 ecosystems and with diverse kinds of assets.
