BLUR is down 86% since launching in February 2023, sliding from $5 to below $1.&nbsp; 
Even so, there are hints of a price recovery. BLUR is up 13% and 12% in the past month and week, respectively.&nbsp;

Arbitrum fell 5% in January, but is up month but is up 10% in the past week, forcing ARB above $5.&nbsp; 
However, ARB is still down by over 82% in the year to date.&nbsp; 
There are signs of recovery as trading volumes have been rising in the past week.&nbsp;
