Famous cryptocurrency analyst Michaël van de Poppe shared his predictions for the course of Bitcoin and altcoins in the coming months in his latest statement.
According to the analyst, Bitcoin price will be in a consolidation phase in the coming months. In addition, before the halving, which is planned to take place in April and will halve the circulating supply of BTC, according to the analyst, there will first be a final rise to the resistance of $ 48,000 to $ 50,000.
After this, van de Poppe claimed that the BTC price could see a correction to the $ 36,000 to $ 38,000 levels after the halving, and from this moment on, altcoins could outperform BTC.

Citing LINK, which has shown great increases recently, as an example, the analyst claimed that it took more than 2 years for the LINK price to wake up, while the ETH price has been in a downward trend for 2.5 years. He claimed that the return would be impressive.
