This move, encapsulated in Proposal 12013, aims to eliminate the confusion and uncertainty that the initial proposal generated among validators, developers, and the broader community. The proposal seeks to pave the way for a more conducive environment for development and decision-making processes by removing the existing barriers that have hampered progress.</p>
