A new post came from BitMEX co-founder and former CEO Arthur Hayes, who made a name for himself with his statements about Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market. 
At this point, the famous CEO, sharing from his X account, argued that Bitcoin would fall below $ 40,000. 
Accordingly, Hayes said he purchased $35,000 in put options on March 29. 
Additionally, Arthur Hayes stated that the decline in Bitcoin will continue until the US Treasury repays the monthly payments on January 31.
