The Ethereum Foundation reportedly sold another 700 ETH for 1.68 million DAI at an average price of $2,406. The transaction was carried out over two addresses, 0xbc9 and 0xd77, in the last 40 minutes.

Ethereum Foundation (0xde0) transferred 2,000 ETH to wallet 0xbc9 on January 10 and 11, 2024. Wallet 0xbc9 transferred 700 ETH to wallet 0xd77 50 minutes ago.
Wallet 0xd77 then sold 700 ETH via Cow Protocol for 1.68 million DAI.
Finally, wallet 0xd77 sent 1.68 million DAI to the Ethereum Foundation (0x9ee). In total, over the last six days the Ethereum Foundation sold 800 ETH for 1.937 million DAI at an average price of $2,422.
In another development, a big Ethereum whale seems to have purchased ETH from Binance this time.
Whale (0x55c) withdrew 7,779 ETH ($18.9 million) from Binance at an average price of $2,430, near the local bottom.
The fact that this whale deposited 90.6 million USDT on Binance five days ago and has not traded any other token since creating his wallet shows that he has a strong interest in ETH. It was noteworthy that the whale bought as the ETH foundation sold.

Whale withdrew 23,586 ETH ($39.51 million) from Binance between October 25, 2022 and September 7, 2023, at an average price of only $1,675. The majority of the withdrawn ETH was deposited into the Beacon deposit.
Whale has deposited 15,841 ETH on Binance so far at an average price of $2,235 ($35.4 million): 1,191 ETH ($2.51 million) on April 15, 2023 (during the largest pump in the first half of 2023) and 14,649 on January 5, 2024 ETH ($32.9 million).
Recently, this big whale withdrew another 7,779 ETH ($18.9 million) from Binance at an average price of $2,430.
Currently, the whale still holds approximately 15,500 ETH ($37.6 million), of which 7,801 ETH ($18.9 million) is held at this address. Its total estimated profit from ETH stands at $14.65 million.
