Horst Jicha, the CEO of USI Tech, is facing severe <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.justice.gov/usao-edny/pr/ceo-crypto-investment-platform-charged-multi-million-dollar-international-fraud-2">charges</a> for orchestrating a fraudulent scheme that deceived investors out of $150 million. His arrest, just before a planned vacation to Miami.
