Web3 blockchain wallet developer WalletConnect has announced the launch of its subscription-based notification service called Web3Inbox. 
According to a <a href="https://walletconnect.com/blog/introducing-web3inbox-app" rel="sponsored">January 16 blog post</a>, the service is designed to offer customers custom notification services without relying on Web2 messaging tools. 
WalletConnect users will be able to receive announcements from <a href="https://cryptonews.com/news/best-web3-development-companies.htm">Web3 projects</a> they follow and regularly engage with through their wallet accounts, eliminating the need for email registration or profile creation on the platform.

The Web3Inbox service comes with built-in spam protection, which allows users to control what information they receive through the notification settings. 
Additionally, It provides real-time updates for subscribed <a href="https://cryptonews.com/videos/decentralized-applications-what-s-now-what-s-next.htm">decentralized applications</a> (dApps) and ensures direct message synchronization across all devices. 
Meanwhile, the WalletConnect team has committed to directly supporting messaging services from 10 of the most popular dApps. This list includes PancakeSwap, Space ID, Guild, Snapshot, Robots.Farm, Trusta Labs, and four others.

This collaboration sees the trio of Web3-focused development teams join forces to create the exclusive Soundwaves NFT collection. 
According to the WalletConnect team, all Web3Inbox users will have access to the limited edition Soundwaves NFT collection. The Soundwaves NFT collection is the first-of-its-kind bioacoustic NFT art series that captures the power of communication. 
The digital collectible graphically illustrates the soundwaves from whales using cutting-edge technology, providing a new lens through which NFTs can be viewed and deployed.
