While the excitement for the approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs continues in the USA, the Presidential election race continues. 
At this point, former US President Donald Trump may have taken one step forward with the development while becoming a candidate for the 2024 elections. 
Cryptocurrency supporter Vivek Ramaswamy, who announced that he was a candidate for the 2024 US Presidential elections, withdrew his candidacy. 
Republican candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, a cryptocurrency supporter, announced that he is withdrawing from the US presidential election race, ending his almost year-long campaign. 
Ramaswamy announced his withdrawal from the presidential candidacy and told his supporters at a press conference in Lowa state:

 As I've said all along, there are two U.S. presidential candidates in this race, and I called Donald Trump and told him that. 
 “I support Donald Trump going forward and will do everything I can to ensure he becomes the next President of the United States.”

Although Ramaswamy was an unknown candidate in the US presidential campaign compared to Biden and Trump, he quickly made his voice heard and gained the support of the crypto community thanks to his support for Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. 
As it is known, Trump stands out with his anti-cryptocurrency views. At this point, Trump stated in his statements in the past years that he saw BTC as a fraud that affected the value of the US dollar and that he did not like crypto currencies because they competed with the dollar.
