<p>BlackRock CEO Larry Fink believes the recent ETF approval by the <a href="https://coinedition.com/tag/sec/">U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)</a> is a first step towards a technological financial revolution in the financial markets. Fink said this during a television interview on the CNBC news channel.</p>
