<h5><strong>Creation and Structure of the Bitcoin ETF</strong></h5> 
<p>The process begins with an authorized participant, typically a large financial institution, acquiring a significant amount of actual Bitcoin. In this case, Coinbase is the entity that provides Bitcoin. This basket of Bitcoin is then deposited with the ETF issuer in exchange for shares of the ETF.</p> 
<p>The ETF issuer, having received the basket of Bitcoin, creates shares that represent ownership in the fund. These shares are then listed on traditional stock exchanges, allowing investors to buy and sell them like any other stock throughout the trading day.</p>

Authorized participants can take advantage of price divergences by engaging in arbitrage activities.</p> 
<p>If the market price of the ETF share exceeds the NAV, authorized participants can create new shares by exchanging them for the actual Bitcoin held by the fund. Conversely, if the market price falls below the NAV, authorized participants can buy ETF shares on the market and redeem them for the underlying Bitcoin, effectively capitalizing on the price discrepancy.
