ARK Invest CEO Cathie Wood has a “base case” for $BTC going to $600k by 2030 but a “bull case of $1.5m by 2030”. 
In a recent appearance on CNBC, <a href="https://crypto.news/tag/cathie-wood/" data-type="link" data-id="https://crypto.news/tag/cathie-wood/">Cathie Wood</a>, CEO of Ark Invest, reaffirmed her optimistic 2030 Bitcoin price predictions. Wood’s projections include a bear case of $258,500, a base case of $682,800, and a bullish scenario of $1.48 million. Wood <a href="https://twitter.com/Ashcryptoreal/status/1745424486336229438" data-type="link" data-id="https://twitter.com/Ashcryptoreal/status/1745424486336229438" target="_blank" rel="noopener">disclosed</a> that 25% of her net worth is invested in Bitcoin.

This announcement comes on the heels of the <a href="https://crypto.news/sec-approves-spot-bitcoin-etf-on-accelerated-basis/" data-type="link" data-id="https://crypto.news/sec-approves-spot-bitcoin-etf-on-accelerated-basis/">approval</a> of the Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF), with a price of $44,500 pre-approval on Wednesday. Within the first hour of trading this morning, Bitcoin soared to $49,000 with <a href="https://twitter.com/theblockupdates/status/1745473231878812100" data-type="link" data-id="https://twitter.com/theblockupdates/status/1745473231878812100" target="_blank" rel="noopener">$2 billion in volume</a>, showing the ETF’s immediate impact on the market.
